We are CSP direct partner but not MSP. How it should be done in this case ?

@Hala Dairy Please follow these steps:

Contact your current CSP direct partner and request that they remove the subscription from their account. They will need to initiate the transfer process from their end.

Once the transfer process is initiated, you will receive an email notification from Microsoft with instructions on how to accept the transfer.

Follow the instructions in the email to accept the transfer. You will need to sign in to the Azure portal with your Microsoft account and provide some information about your organization.

After you accept the transfer, the subscription will be moved to your account and you will become the new billing owner.

Please note that the transfer process can take up to 24 hours to complete. Also, if you have any active resources or services in the subscription, they may be impacted during the transfer process. It is recommended that you plan the transfer during a maintenance window to minimize any potential impact.

I have two doubts in this transfer phase. Would appreciate your insights.

Scenario 1: CSP to CSP subscription transfer (In just only transfer request is sent out from csp 1 vendor to csp 2 vendor. CSP 2 vendor just approves the request via partner center and we are got to close. This is just a billing transfer which has NO/ZERO downtime)

Scenario 2: PAYG (Direct MS billing) to CSP Vendor subscription transfer. (In this we cannot raise a transfer request since its a Direct Billing. Hence, we need to move resources using resource mover **where minimal downtime is needed)

Scenario 3:** EA vendor 1 to CSP vendor 2 subscription transfer. (In this we cannot raise a transfer request since its a EA subscription with different vendor. Hence, we need to move resources using resource mover **where minimal downtime is needed)

Scenario 4:** EA vendor to CSP vendor (here vendor is same). Can i move EA subscription to CSP subscription without any downtime like just a billing change since vendor remains the same. Just the model of subscription changes or we have to do resource wise movement where downtime is required??????

Please correct me with right process for Scenario 3 and 4.****
