    Hi @Mahdi Trabolsi

Are you the administrator or you are just a user? If you are a user coordinate with your administrator to ensure that your Visual Studio Professional subscription includes the necessary permissions for registering applications with Microsoft services. Sometimes, certain subscription tiers may have restrictions or require additional steps for access.

    Hello Mahdi Trabolsi

You may need to yerify your role in the Entra IDtenant. You need to be in a role that allows application registration, such as Application Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, or a Global Administrator.

Once this is done navigate to: Navigate to Azure Active Directory > App registrations > New registration.
