I believe there will be no hope for MS to support CPU i5-6300U.

Well i have inter core i5 6300U but my laptop came preinstalled with windows 11.
I am using Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 260

I can use WIN11 with old machine. U have to create a bootable usb key with new version of rufus - 4.7.

Download Win11 24h22 lite optimun V4.4 and no V4.5.

No, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300U is not officially supported for Windows 11 by Microsoft.
Microsoft has a list of specific processor generations that are compatible with Windows 11. The Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300U belongs to the 6th generation (Broadwell) which is not on this list. Processors starting from 8th generation (Coffee Lake) and onwards are supported.
