Are you using the latest version of VS2022? If no, please open the Visual Studio Installer and update it.
After installation, could you find the Fortran compiler in Visual Studio Help menu > About Microsoft Visual Studio?
Besides, please check the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit System Requirements and Intel® oneAPI HPC Toolkit System Requirements.
And ensure you install the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit and Intel® oneAPI HPC Toolkit from the official website.
During installation, please ensure that you select the checkbox of Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 in the following step:
If it persists, please go to the Intel support channels as the Fortran is not provided as a component of Visual Studio. Thanks for your understanding!
