How to reschedule Microsoft MB-800 Exam

Dear Customer Service,

I got schedule for Microsoft MB-800 Certification exam on 16/05/2024 but unfortunately I can't do the exam because of late. how to reschedule the exam? I have already ask Pearson Vue but they said i need to contact microsoft directly.

    Hello,

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    To reschedule the Microsoft MB-800 certification exam, you should follow these steps:

    1.Log in to your Learn profile and choose Profile from the dropdown menu in the photo avatar.

    2.Select Credentials in the profile menu then choose Certifications.

    3.Scroll to the exam appointment you wish to reschedule and choose the “Reschedule” link.

    4.You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to reschedule your exam. For detailed instructions, you may visit: Reschedule and cancellation policies | Microsoft Learn

    Please note that you must reschedule or cancel your exam at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam time to avoid any fees.

    I can't see reschedule button in the credential > certification because my schedule exam already has passed. how to reschedule after schedule date has passed?
