How to track Bing Ads conversion events using server side Google Tag Manager?

I am currently using a client side GTM container with a Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking tag.

I want to send all my tags to a server side GTM container.

I have not find any specific tag.

How can I track Bing Ads conversion events using server side Google Tag Manager?

    In short: up until Jan 2023, there wasn't a way. I can't find an update anywhere.
