Remove all accounts from xbox and format reset xbox. Then create a microsoft xbox account over 18 years old. Then sign in on new updated xbox.
Cant play games on my xbox.

I just got a new Xbox Series X the other day. This morning when I got on and tried to play Roblox and tried to play one of the games on it, it said that I needed to change my parental control accessibility settings. I didn't have a parent account on the Xbox yet so I had one get set up. I changed the settings to 15 and up restrictions. Now when I try to open up any game it gets stuck on the loading screen for that game. I've tried opening every game I own and have tried opening them on a different account too. I have reset the console multiple times and it did nothing. I don't know if what I did in the parental controls settings messed things up or if it was something else.

2024-05-29T18:04:31.9066667+00:00 I just realized now that when I try to open Minecraft it doesn't even open the to the loading screen and doesn't even open the app. The apps don't work either.
