If you are looking for SQL Server 2005 Backward compatibility file SQLServer2005_BC_x64.msi that is no longer available. it is also removed from MS website. SQL Server 2005 is long gone even feature pack is not available for download.
Download SQL Server 2005 Backward Compatibility file.

But, as Shashank mentioned, SQL Server 2005 Backward compatibility file is no longer available from official website. And SQL Server 2005 is no longer supported by Microsoft and no updates are published. This lack of support means your databases might be vulnerable to security attacks that have been addressed by recent upgrades. It is recommended to upgrade it to the latest version.Best Regards,
