According to our test, this may be a temporary problem caused by Teams update.
To find your app, please click "more" at the bottom of the Teams mobile client, add app, scroll to the bottom, and display all apps to find the app created by your org.
If you want to solve this problem as soon as possible, you can also report the issue in the Teams client (the same applies to the mobile client).
