I want know my free tier subscription period date for my azure sql server like is it the free tier is upto one month only or it should be one year?

The database is free forever, with monthly limits. There's no time limit.
The monthly free limits include 100,000 vCore seconds of serverless database compute and a maximum size of 32 GB of data.

So can i use the same server for one year also after first month of use as well with the limited 100,000 vCore seconds with 32GB for month and one more question so for every month i will get 100,000 vCore seconds with 32GB for free with the same server and database?
Yes, the time range in the indicated offer is unlimited.
