I am trying to recover my Skype account using my Skype ID. However, when I input my email address, it sends me to my old Skype account. How can I recover my Skype account using my Skype ID?

My old Skype account user name was just lazypatch I was trying to login to Microsoft account which I have successfully but when I did lazypatch as username

My business was called lazypatch when I started it back in 2007, my instagram and X , youtube account all have username lazypatch. When I had paid google account it was ******@lazypatch.com and use now my ******@gmail.com
I had identity theft back in 2018 and they got into everything and I have feeling this off skyle login never got fixed with a backup email not know to me. Have since created new Microsoft login bit can this Skype login be used to access my Microsoft account
