How to repair the visual studio community bottom windows ?

I can't get rid of one of them and return to the default where there is one window at the bottom. I tried the dock on each window i tried to reset the templates or environment, i can't remember but i found in google something. but everything i tried so far didn't solve it. when i close the windows and open only the Error List window then at some point the other window appears again.

Dragging the Error List into the tab bar below will restore it to the state of a bottom window.
