As here in previous thread, people are trying to get rid of these blue boxes which are called Teaching Callouts.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/186354/outlook-remove-blue-tip-boxes.html

Is it really so, that even today this cannot be configured automatically?

    @Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko

    Based on my research, currently we are unable to disable these teaching callouts directly, I do not find any settings in Microsoft 365 admin center, or any related registry keys to disable it directly.
    It's recommended to submit this requirements to Microsoft via going to any Microsoft 365 app > Help tab > Feedback.

    Once Microsoft 365 apps get new features update, the teaching callouts would appear, and there would be a corresponding key value generated under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\TeachingCallouts.

    In theory, you could have a test machine installed Microsoft 365 apps with Current Channel, if the teaching callouts pops up, then check the TeachingCallouts key under the registry path above, then import the values to machines installed Microsoft 365 apps with other update channels, such as Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel that has low frequency of acquiring new features, and set the value data as 2.
    Then teaching callouts would not appear on these machines.

    Here is a registry entry to disable all the teaching callouts that I've experienced so far. It's probably not comprehensive, because another annoying popup interfered with my work again today.

    The problem is, those teaching callouts are not only an Office annoyance. Just saw one of them in the Windows Image Viewer (if that's the correct english name for Windows Fotoanzeige).

    Means, there we would need something system wide.
