As of Today, How Do I Save an Attached Email in PDF Format, from Outlook 365?

As of today, I'm unable to save attached emails in 365, as PDF, and every time I try I am getting various error messages. The website with the supposed answer is here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/save-an-outlook-message-as-a-eml-file-a-pdf-file-or-as-a-draft-4821bcd4-7687-4d6d-a486-b89a291a56e2#PickTab=Web) but it looks like this page hasn't been updated in some time, because what is says isn't how I've been able to save attached emails in the past through 365.

As of today, for the first time (and I save emails to PDF almost daily in my job), when I try to open the attached email in the reading pane, and then try to select download (only options are download or save to one drive), I'm only getting the option to save it as "Email Message," which saves as an Outlook file, which is not what I need. This is the first time I've ever had this problem and need a solution quickly, as my job is very intense and I don't have time for this.

I've tried adding .pdf to the end of the file name, which caused the file to be un-openable - said it was corrupt.

Thanks for your help!
