Cannot log into Word anymore

Dear Microsoft Community,

I hope you are all well.

For some time now, I have been getting the following error message when I try to log into Microsoft Word with my e-mail address ******@xxx.onmicrosoft.com ("xxx" used to anonymise my actual user name). Unfortunately, I can't upload a screenshot using the upload function, so I'm posting the error message here by hand (I am using the German version of Word, so I have translated the error message using a translator):

A problem has occurred.

We were unable to log you in. If this error persists, please contact the system administrator and enter the error code: CAA2000B.

At the end of the message, I have the option of clicking the "Continue" button. If I do this, the next error message appears immediately:
