I was rejected to get a student subscription, error message is “You're not eligible for an Azure free account”. I can't create a ticket because I don't have an Azure subscription. What should I do?

    Hello joseph.westwood,

    Thanks for your question.

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

More details you will find here: You see the message 'You are not eligible for an Azure subscription'

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
