When I try to entering the link https://outlook.office.com/connectors/oam/publish/, it's causing a Http 500 error.

https://outlook.office.com/connectors/signin-oidc link is on some of community post or documentation. And it's returning same error. Is this leading to same page as https://outlook.office.com/connectors/oam/publish/ ?

Same here. https://outlook.office.com/connectors/oam/publish is returning HTTP 500 error.

I also have the same issue. The site started to become flaky some weeks ago, on 1st August I was able to access the website to create a new registration but admin were not able to approve. Now I cannot even get to the page no matter how I try.
Request page suddenly worked for me today. But Admin page not working for our Admin.
I found this online: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1824662/cant-register-new-connector-provider-for-actionabl I can now consistently get to the page following this work around. I'm just waiting to see now if my Administrator can use this trick to perform an approval.

Same issue here.
Yesterday I just was not able to create new providers, today page do not load at all
i have same issue as well. Also i am not sure why approval is needed for with in same organization in first place.
Is there any solution yet?, have the same problem here
