How many modules are there to complete the Azure Fundamentals certification? And what are the names?

Since the updates on 11/09/2020 I've become confused on the number of modules to complete for Az900. Originally, I believe there were only 4 now I'm seeing 12 and not sure if this is a combination of AZ900 and other subject exams.
