I use Microsoft 365 Apps for business and am technically the Admin and the only user. I recently lost my laptop in my luggage and disabled it; now I need to re-enable access to my account. I need the instructions for doing this, since I happen to be the Admin I need to contact.

If you're the only admin then re-enable Your Laptop via Azure Portal

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Select Microsoft Entra ID > Devices.
    3. Check the disabled devices list in Devices, by searching on the user name or device name.
    4. Select the device, and then select Enable.
