I am currently looking to purchase a new computer and do not remember my password for my emails. As I went to reset my password it appears that I am linked to an organisation. I have managed to log in to the organisation however when I go to try and allow users to unlink their accounts, it tells me I do not have the permissions for this. Please see attached photo. Is there a way to fix this so that I do not lose the use of this email address and can still use it on my new computer. Or is there a telephone number to call to discuss and rectify?permission error 2

    It sounds like you’re dealing with a situation where your email is linked to an organization, and your access to manage certain settings (like unlinking the account) is restricted.

    Here’s what you can do:

    Contact Your Organization’s IT Support:

    • Since your email is linked to an organization, your first step should be to reach out to the IT department or administrator of that organization. They will have the necessary permissions to help you unlink your account or reset your password. Check the Email Provider’s Support:
      - If your email is managed through a service like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or another provider, you might be able to find support directly from them. Often, they have dedicated support lines for issues related to organizational accounts.

      **Try Using Recovery Options:**

         - Check if there are any recovery options (like alternate email, phone number, or security questions) that can help you regain access.

         **Escalate Permissions Issue:**

            - If you don’t have the necessary permissions, ask your organization’s administrator to either grant you temporary permissions or perform the action on your behalf.
    ```Finding a Support Contact:
    - **Microsoft 365:** If you’re using Microsoft 365, their support can be reached through the admin portal, or you can call their support line directly, which varies by country.
    - **Google Workspace:** For Google Workspace, the administrator has access to support. However, you can also visit Google Workspace Help for assistance. Google Workspace Help
