User photos not showing up in On Premise Outlook

Hello. We are using O365 but are using on premise Office for Outlook. We use CodeTwo to import photos to new employees. Everything worked great until last November. Now, since last November, the new employee photos will not show up in Outlook. They show up in Sharepoint and other O365 apps including OWA, but not in the on Premise Outlook. Our network admin is out so I need some direction to look at. I looked at the CodeTwo app and also in O365 admin center but don’t know what to look for. Not syncing to Outlook but all other apps are synched. Hope this makes sense.

    Are you getting any synchronization errors on Entra Connect?
