Azure ML Prompt Flow Creation and Cloning Failed

Creating or cloning prompt flow both result in the following error - "This request is not authorized to perform this operation". However, i have both the "contributor" and "Data Sceintist" role for this AML. Besides, creating runtime is also not possible as the button for creating is grayed out.

I could not find any useful information in the documentation to solve this problem so far. So can anyone help there please? Thanks a lot! Screenshot 2024-08-16 174938

    Hello @Shao, Xiaoting

    Please go to ml.azure.com

    Login with the credentials you have and go to Workspaces

    See if the Workspace under the AI Studio is there and if ou can create a Prompt Flow

    Also from AI Studio see if there is a HUB and a Project

    From Azure Portal go to visualizer and see if there is a Machine Leraning Workspace there .

    From Azure Ai Studio see the connections and check that there is Storage and that the connection is healthy
