Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Unfortunately, SQL Server, including SQL Express, does not currently support ARM architecture. This means you won’t be able to install SQL Server directly on a device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon ARM64 processor.

If you need to use SQL Server, you might consider using a virtual machine or a cloud-based solution that runs on x86/x64 architecture.
