Dear sir/madam,

We are developing our SaaS platform and we are considering using an SDK to boost a video chat on our platform using your video conferencing features.

Having said that we will appreciate if you provide the answers to the questions below:

• If we make our video conference solution using the SDK features how can we make sure that you will not use or share our customers' data? And if you use their data please let us know in which way you need to gather and use their data?

• We would like to know the factors that affect pricing for the SDK to estimate its costs

• how much we can change the features or layouts (can we create a new feature that is not already on your platform)
Best regards,

    @Vifbox Team ,

    Question 1. If we make our video conference solution using the SDK features how can we make sure that you will not use or share our customers' data? And if you use their data please let us know in which way you need to gather and use their data?
    In fact, Microsoft does collect data from users and share personal data with users’ consent or to complete any transaction or provide any product users have requested or authorized. This privacy statement explains the personal data Microsoft processes, how Microsoft processes it, and for what purpose.

    Question 2. We would like to know the factors that affect pricing for the SDK to estimate its costs
    About the cost, it has no specification for this part.

    Question 3. how much we can change the features or layouts (can we create a new feature that is not already on your platform)
    As we are mainly responsible for the general issue of Skype for Business, this question is more related to development, which is not supported by us. Thanks for your understanding.
