    Hi @Natan Perlman

Glad to hear this issue has been resolved and thanks for the sharing!

    Issue Symptom:

The room finder in Outlook Web not working for two users, it appears to them "Unknown", however, for the rest of the users, it is shown as a good.

    Resolution:

Changing the Access Rights To Editor and then returned to Reviewer for users who have not seen the availability of the rooms.

    Hi @Natan Perlman

    Welcome to our forum!

How did two users do? Could you describe more?

Meanwhile, please check if the Room Finder works as expected in the Outlook Web App, the room list (distribution group) and the list members (rooms) generally would take up to 24 hours to appears in the Outlook Client.

In addition, as i know, this issue may occur if the user doesn't select a room list. A room list must be selected before available rooms are displayed in the Room Finder. Please follow the article to try again and it is suggested that please type the complete name to see if it appears.

If they still could not search for any rooms, please refer to the article and try to repair: Room Finder doesn't display any conference rooms when a user creates a meeting - Exchange | Microsoft Learn

    Hope it helps!

    I found a solution,
For users who have not seen the availability of the rooms
I changed the AccessRights To Editor and then returned to Reviewer and that fixed the problem, I still don't understand why it stopped working even though they had the same permissions as the whole organization.
