What symptoms/errors are you seeing? Which answer/comment is it blocking you on?Q & A has been having issues since yesterday, so keep in mind you will see some odd behavior. For example, at times it may appear as if you aren't signed in at all. Refreshing the page may "fix" this temporarily, sometime multiple refreshes may be needed.
I did not have the 3 points with "Edit/Convert to Answer", but it is OK now : I cleared all cookies, disconnected/reconnected
