    Hello, @IniobongNkanga-8038,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!

Based on your description, I understand that you want to un-archive your Outlook calendar and access past years' Outlook calendars.

Due to the limited information you have provided, is it convenient for you to answer me the following questions in order to better understand the issue?

    1. What is the approximate date range of the archived data you need to access?
    2. Do you archive calendar data manually or automatically?
    3. Have you checked the "Deleted Items" or "Recover Deleted Items" folders for the archived data?

To un-archive your Outlook calendar, please follow these steps:

Open Outlook and click on the File tab.

1.In the left pane, click on Options.

2.In the Options window, click on Advanced.

3.Under the Advanced tab, find the AutoArchive section and click on the AutoArchive Settings button.

4.In the AutoArchive Settings window, uncheck the Run AutoArchive every option.

5.Click OK to save the settings.User's image
