Hi all, i am trying to upgrade os to 2019 with forest functional level 2016,will this br any impact on working of Azure AD connect which is working on lower versions currently ?

Should not be a problem. 2016 functional level is as high as is possible right now.

thx for quick response, i have one more small question related, if i upgrade azure ad connect to 1.5.45 ( which is latest version i think ) with the os upgrade to 2019 and FFL 2016 any impacts on Azure Ad connect ?
Shouldn't be a problem. Ideally install ad connect it on a member server.
