How to download Power BI on Macbook Air

Hello Team,

I am trying to download the Power BI on mac, but its not there for mac, is there any alternative which i can use to complete this course.

Directly power bi desktop not possible to access on mac, only the alternative solution is, use the vm of window machine (take the RDP) and then install power bi desktop inside to build the report.

I have tried but its asking for my work email. I dont have any work email.

To access Power BI Service, you need a work or school email. Personal emails like Gmail or Hotmail aren't accepted. You can either:

Use a work/school email.

Sign up for a Microsoft 365 trial to get an organizational email signing up for a free Microsoft 365 trial, which will give you an organizational email.

Power BI Desktop doesn't require sign-in to Power BI Service.

Directly power bi desktop would not accessible on Mac device , always use VM window machine then use power bi inside that.

@Syed Saleem Peera but trail version for student is 60 days why we as a student microsoft should give around 3 year version for free

The 60-day trial is meant for short-term learning, but extended access may be available through your school’s partnership with Microsoft. You can also explore options like Azure for Students for longer-term use.
