How can I change the Logo of my Company, Share Point and One Drive Reference

Hello Experts,

We have change in the Company Branding and Logo, and Would like to ask you is this is change that is required..

Whenever users share the File internally or Externally, the Logo appears as

User's image

So we have Plan to change,

User's image

Please Correct me, If this is Correct.

If the Logo is less than 10 KB with Recommended Dimension from Microsoft

To update your company's logo in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.), follow these steps:

Prepare the Logo:

Ensure the logo is 200x48 pixels and less than 10KB in JPG, PNG, GIF, or SVG format.

Upload the Logo:

  - Host the logo on an HTTPS server with public access.

Apply the Logo in Microsoft 365:

Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Org Settings > Organization Profile > Custom Themes.
- Upload the logo and save your changes.

This will update your logo across all services.
