Audio is weird

My audio is very weird, low and sometimes distorted when i watch a youtube video or I play games but the windows sounds(notification,error...) are fine I tried updating the realtek driver, disabling enchancements, trying the troubleshooter, use different formats(studio quality ,dvd quality,cd quality) and updating the system, but nothing worked. And when I watch a youtube video only one thing i hear like sometimes i hear only the music and the voice very low sometimes I hear distorted.
