What can be the possible impact if I assign Exchange Online (Plan 1) and SharePoint (Plan 1) licenses to my users who have already running with M365 F3 desktop less license?

i want to check the possible impact for subjected change.

will Exchnage mailbox will extend qouta from 2GB to 50GB and will work without interuption?

same will be for one drive as well?

    Assigning Exchange Online (Plan 1) and SharePoint Online (Plan 1) licenses to users who already have Microsoft 365 F3 licenses will have the following impacts:

    1. Exchange Online Mailbox Quota: The mailbox storage quota for users will increase from 2 GB (as provided by the M365 F3 license) to 50 GB, which is the quota provided by Exchange Online (Plan 1). Users should be able to continue using their mailboxes without interruption during this upgrade.

    1. OneDrive Storage: Again, OneDrive storage space may increase depending on the specific plan. If a user is also assigned OneDrive Plan 1 as part of their license, they will receive 1 TB of storage.
