How to check if the computer has joined the Active Directory Domain

Check with Settings > System > About.

If the 'Full device name' mentions something like 'yourpc.domain' name, then it joined to domain mentioned there.

Alternatively, you can go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school. Check if you're connected to any local domain there.
