- Request that they add your account as a Guest User in their Microsoft Entra ID tenant.
- Once added, you’ll receive an email invitation to join the tenant. Accept this invitation to complete the process.
- After completing these steps, try accessing the application again using the added account.
Note: Before trying the above steps, clear your browser cache or open a private/incognito window and reattempt the login, as cached credentials can sometimes cause login issues.
