As the subject says, downloading Win11 Enterprise 24H2 ISO from the Microsoft Business Account but it boots into PRO without the option of Enterprise. Any ideas on what may be going on?

On the 3rd page of the Windows 11 setup, after choosing Language, Currency, and Keyboard Layout, there is an option in the lower left of the screen "previous version of setup" to enter the Legacy Setup menu. From there you can choose the version of Windows, and install Enterprise instead of Pro.

Check the installation media.
The command:
Dism /Get-ImageInfo /imagefile:D:\sources\install.wim is used to retrieve information about the images in a WIM file
Check the Product Key.
You can convert a Pro installation to Enterprise after setup by entering your Enterprise product key under Settings > System > Activation.

While converting works, usually this kind of stuff causes problems down the line, were making an image for several hundred machines, by policy we try to keep the setup of the image to as close to perfect as we can (avoiding things like upgrades during the process)
I don't understand why every time it gets harder to just download an iso and install it, not to mention its a cat and mouse game to install the local accounts and bypass the Microsoft account requirement, for security we do not want online Microsoft accounts on these machines, they are not connected to the internet nor do they need to beyond the ocasional patching and updating.

Windows 11 24H2 new setup UI auto-select edition that match embedded MSDM key (if any)
use the legacy "previous" setup option (hinted on the lower of setup UI at beginning)
tried that, but no such option shows up like before, it just flat out goes straight to pro/home randomly depending on the machine its being installed
