2. Reinstall the Product Key:

• Open Command Prompt as an administrator.

• Run the following commands:

slmgr.vbs /upk

slmgr.vbs /ipk <Your_Product_Key>

slmgr.vbs /ato

• Replace <Your_Product_Key> with your actual product key.

3. Check Date and Time Settings:

• Ensure your system's date and time are correct. Incorrect settings can cause activation issues.

• You can sync your time by running the following command in Command Prompt:

w32tm /resync

4. ‘Disable Fast Startup:

• Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do.

• Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.

• Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended) and save changes.

5. Repair System Files:

• Open Command Prompt as an administrator.

• Run the following commands to check and repair system files:

sfc /scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Hi ,

I think laptop in a domain which creating a issue for licence .

Check with vendor and ask for domain its there please remove the same and then use the key.

Go back to the sAltex shop and ask them for a proper key.

I got my license when I was buying my laptop in Altex shop of Romania. The consultant installed to me the windows.

The error message is from a volume license generic key that is looking for a corporate activation server(KMS Server).

Where did you get your key?

Slmgr /DLV is the correct switch, it appears you are using DiV which is why it's not recognized.
