Please help its been 2 days now.

we contacted support but until now i havent received any msg or call from them.

all emails of our company has been blocked together with global admins

    As you describe, global admins within your organization can't sign in either. Given this situation, you can only contact technical support by phone to get a fix.

    Your sign-in is restricted by a conditional access policy. Your Office 365 administrator need to login to Entra ID with the admin account and check which conditional access policy is blocking your access.
