Azure Central Canada Network Blocked by Ticketmaster

Hi,

We discovered that all our Azure Virtual Desktops and Servers on Central Canada IPs are being blocked by ticketmaster.ca. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, and has it been reported to Microsoft?

Sign in to your Ticketmaster account if you haven't already

Change your Wi-Fi or cellular network

Switch devices or move to a different location if possible

    Thanks for reaching out and raising this blocker here.

    One reason of IP's being blocked is due to bot activities. And few third party services are blocking traffic from Azure public IPs.

    There will be no control from Azure side on this as it is a third-party behavior, and I would request you to please reach out to Ticketmaster directly if they can whitelist the IP.
