Like so many other people I am having Memory integrity problem. frmupgr.sys oem5.inf. I have 3 in total. ftdibus.sys oem70.inf and ftdi chip set. I was able to find info and able to contact company and waiting for response. But frmupgr.sys oem5.inf. I have not been able to figure out. Some of info online points Bluetooth and western digital. My Bluetooth is Intel and in device manager it says it is working. Nothing in the laptop is western digital. I am looking to get the drivers from company. I can't figure what company. I device manager and view by driver. I found that driver and right clicked. It said the driver need to be installed. Not sure what is going on it is Bluetooth device. So what I am gathering is it device that is paired by Bluetooth. Because my laptop has intel Bluetooth. I really could use assistance to be able fix issue. I really don't like working in registry editor. Makes me extremely nervous. I have seen online fixes within registry editor. I have to say there has been a lot problem with Windows 11 upgrade. My whole registry was messed up and I had to reset. I am still having problems because incompatible drivers. Please help!! Seems there is a skill issue in the microsoft community, none helped nor had a straightforward solution to this issue, to make it simple, just search in windows for "Device Manager", Enter the device manager then press on "view" then on "Devices by driver", after that you will see a list of .inf's, just look for the incompatible drivers there and remove them by right clicking and pressing "Remove Driver", for frmupgr.sys, its named frmupgr.inf (It's the same thing).

    Have a great day!
