Seems there is a skill issue in the microsoft community, none helped nor had a straightforward solution to this issue, to make it simple, just search in windows for "Device Manager", Enter the device manager then press on "view" then on "Devices by driver", after that you will see a list of .inf's, just look for the incompatible drivers there and remove them by right clicking and pressing "Remove Driver", for frmupgr.sys, its named frmupgr.inf (It's the same thing).
