Today, I activated the Azure student plan subscription through GitHub’s Student Pack. However, when I tried to create a project in AI Studio, I noticed that the quota only allows access to GPT-3.5 and GPT-4. I checked the support documentation, which only mentioned that the student plan has a 1k TPM (tokens per minute) limit but didn’t specify any restrictions on models. How can I access more models?

@凌昊 韩 Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, Thank you for posting your query here!

    .

With the Azure for Students subscription offer you can use only a few of the Azure Open AI model.

    .

Also be aware that it comes with some limited quota access. The below table shows the batch quota limit:

    NOTE:
In order to use the other available GPT models (GPT4-O, O1-Preview models with higher quota limits, you need to upgrade your subscription to Pay-As-You-Go (paid) subscription. Once this is done, you will have the access to the other GPT models with higher quota.

    .

Hope this helps. If you have any follow-up questions, please let me know. I would be happy to help.

Hello! The Azure for Students Starter program provides access to a free tier of Azure products, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Notification Hubs, Azure Database for MySQL, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps Server. However, it does not provide access to GPT-3.5 or GPT-4. It's possible that the AI Studio you're using has its own limitations on the models you can access. I would recommend checking with the support team for that specific platform to see if there are any options for accessing additional models. If you're interested in using GPT-4, you may want to consider upgrading to a paid Azure subscription that provides access to more resources and services. You can find more information about Azure pricing and subscription options on the Azure website. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
