Hola!

Saludos.

    Hi @Néstor CATINO ,

    Welcome to our forum!
According to the machine translation, i understand that your Outlook desktop client keeps downloading emails and you cannot close it, right?

If so, what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

Does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

And what's the type of your account? POP, IMAP or Exchange?

If you are using an Exchange account, please check if you enable Cache mode. If so, please disable it to switch to Online Exchange mode (uncheck the Cached Exchange Mode like below and restart your Outlook client) to check if there're any differences. 80913-09-46-04.jpg

In addition, considering that it may be caused by the damage of the profile/data file in the Outlook client, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.

    Hope to help you!
