    Hi @IIAR，

    Right click the New query window page-->query Option and check below picture.

    And then run the test query, you could get the expected appearance as your colleague.

    Go to menu, Tools, Options, Query Results, SQL Server, Results to Grid, and check the “Display results in a separate tab”. Also for Results to Text. Then create a new query window.
