missed renewal azure solution architect expert

Somehow I missed reminder e-mails for renewing my azure solution architect expert certfication this year. I'd love to take the renewal assesment, like every year, but I only recently noticed that the due date is passed. Is it possible to issue a support ticket somehow to ask for an opportunity window of say one day, to take the renewal assesment please?
