This looks like an issue with the website, not with your machine. I recommend first trying to log in to the site here: https://sso.acesso.gov.br/login

Also note that you will need to log into the site each time you use it, because they are tracking authorization_ID in the manner of a session token.

I tried accessing the website, but I got the same error. On another machine from the same East US region created 4 years ago, I am able to access it. This machine was created recently, could it be that the outbound IP from Azure is being blocked by the government agency?

I opened Edge in incognito mode and also tried another browser, but it still didn't work.

On another machine from the same East US region created 4 years ago, I am able to access it. This machine was created recently, could it be that the outbound IP from Azure is being blocked by the government agency?

Thank you for your response. Based on the additional details, it is possible that the outbound IP address of your recently created Azure VM is being blocked by the website you are trying to access.

Check your VM’s outbound IP using https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and compare it with the older VM.

If the IPs differ, contact the website administrator to whitelist the outbound IP range of your Azure region. Azure’s IP ranges can be found https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56519
