Hi,
We have configured outgoing webhooks to send messages to our bot. However, when we try to send a message, it is not reaching our servers (i.e., the webhook URL). This issue started suddenly on 11-12-24 at 7:00 PM IST.
The failure is accompanied by the following error message: "The bot encountered an error or bug. To continue running this bot, please fix the bot source code."
We need to investigate and resolve the issue to ensure the bot functions correctly.

We're also having this same problem. The Teams Outgoing Webhook should be sending POST requests to our AWS API Gateway, but we are seeing no hits in the API Gateway logs.
We updated the bot about a few months back to "Update connectors URL" described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/m365-custom-connectors#update-connectors-url

We are also having this issue. Our URL requests go to Azure Function Apps and they are not reaching those APIs. I can reach it using Postman, but not from Teams using Outgoing Webhooks.
Hi Dheeraj Reddy K, Winston Myers, Robert Eckert, there was an ICM raised for this issue and engineering team has rolled out a hotfix today, it should be fully mitigated.
Please let us know if you are still facing this issue.
