I am trying to log into my microsoft account for ******@usf.edu and it requests a number to be sent to my authenticator app to log into to whatever i am accessing. However, I am not getting numbers to my app and I cannot access anything on that account without getting the numbers sent to my app, which again, i am not getting. I need to be able to log in immediately but i am unable to because of the problem with the number authenticator. what can i do to fix this and be able to log back in?

    Hi @Reilly Cobb

    Thanks for posting.

Is your account set up and visible in the authenticator app?

Since it's an educational account, I would suggest please contact your IT admin for resetting your MFA configurations and make sure, if possible, additional mfa method is set up to avoid this scenario in future.

I have assumed you have tried multiple times and there are no network issues with your end and there are no other MFA methods available for you.
