Just looking to answer if Microsoft has a policy that shows that they are not learning from IP data that I could be using with their AI tools.

    Hello Shorter, Gary,

Greetings and Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! Thanks for posting the question.

Microsoft's large language models (LLMs) do not learn from customer data. Microsoft has a clear policy ensuring customer data is not used to train or improve their AI models. All data remains under the customer's control and is processed solely to provide the intended service, adhering to strict privacy and security standards.

Customer data processed by Azure OpenAI Service remains within the customer's control and is not stored or used for any purpose beyond providing the service. Kindly review Microsoft's commitment to data privacy and security in their Data Privacy statement documentation.

I Hope this helps. Do let me know if you have any further queries.
