Outlook Calendar Issues in Office 365 on Windows 11

Using Office 365 with Windows 11. The Outlook calendar loads but does not start up correctly. See the screenshot below.

Two issues are observed:

The grid in the afternoon hours is missing.

When an appointment is clicked, it cannot be opened; instead, a new appointment event screen opens.

Scrolling to the top of the calendar resolves the problem temporarily, and both the grid and appointments function normally.

Prior advice from the Microsoft Support Community included:

Resetting view settings.

Clearing cache (no .dat files were found in the specified path).

Performing an online repair of Outlook.

Updating Outlook.

None of these solutions have helped.

Does anyone have any further advice? Thanks for any assistance.

    Hi @Eric Dickes ,

    Welcome to our forum!

What's the version of your Outlook? (File>Office Account>About Outlook)

And do other users encounter the same issue?

Based on my test in the Outlook with latest version, i didn't reproduce your issue. Please try the below steps to troubleshooting:

1.Considering that it may be caused by the damage of the profile/data file in the Outlook client, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile (Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.

2.Considering the impact of some third-party programs on your computer, please try to perform a clean boot for windows and check if the issue still occurs.

3.If the issue persists, it's suggested that you could uninstall and reinstall the Office to check if the issue persists.

    Hope to help you!

This happened to me, as well. The issue happened on the two computers I use regularly. I also use three calendars, like the example above.
In my case, I solved the problem by going to the calendar view, and on the left pane unchecking all calendars but my "main" one (say, at hotmail.com or outlook.com). Then the calendar view rendered correctly when I switched between mail and the single calendar view.
After that, I checked back the other calendars. Then, when switching between inbox and calendar, the calendars rendered correctly, without missing the grid for afternoon hours. I did that on both computers, and for both those steps corrected the issue.
