According to your case description, Microsoft Teams randomly freezes/hangs after a call ends.
Please try the following steps to troubleshoot:
- After clear cache, you need to Clear Windows credentials, then close Microsoft Teams and restart your computer. Accessing Credential Manager - Microsoft Support.
- Try accessing Teams from other devices/applications and check the issue.
- Repair, Reset or Reinstall Microsoft Teams. Windows 11: Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Teams > Click on "..." > Advanced options. There you will see the buttons to Repair or Reset the app.
Please check if you see a similar experience on Microsoft Teams web client. If the issue is specific to the MS Teams desktop app since you have done most of the steps above the best way to troubleshoot the issue is to report the issue to our Microsoft support online as recommended.
