What helped me was connecting the computer to the same power strip where the hub with the LAN cable is connected.
Since I did this six months ago, the E1RExpress error message has not appeared again.
How to troubleshoot Event ID 27 Network Link is disconnecting Windows 11
After upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, user began to experience network issues that make the computer inaccessible remotely (using GoToMyPC or GoToAssist). Computer appears to be offline when viewed remotely. Restart of the computer makes it accessible. I notice this Event ID 27 in the event log. I suspect it is related.

Event ID 27 in the event log indicates that the network adapter was disabled. This could be caused by a variety of factors, including driver issues or power management settings.
To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend the following steps:
- Update the network adapter driver to the latest version available from the manufacturer's website.
- Disable power management settings for the network adapter in Device Manager.
- Check the network settings to ensure that the adapter is configured correctly.
- If the issue persists, try resetting the TCP/IP stack by running the following command in an elevated Command Prompt: "netsh int ip reset".
Best Regards,
Hania Lian
